Robert just left our home and did a fabulous job with our gas logs. I knew they would look great, but they FAR exceeded our expectations. We had spoken with other installers who recommended logs too small for our fireplace. The fire logs look fabulous and are absolutely realistic. I was amazed at how great he hid the 2 black boxes. All the other fire logs we saw had the boxes exposed, but ours are completely hidden. It really does look like we have real logs burning in our fireplace.
It went extremely well. A real plus about this company is their customer service. Debbie kept me informed throughout the ordering and scheduling process. She emailed me every step of the way to keep me updated, which I really appreciated. Robert arrived on time and completed the installation in about an hour, just as he promised.
